Upload entire sites without file loss or corruption:

This is a great option to use once you’ve uploaded a new website.  FTP has been known to lose or corrupt files after too many processes.  This can be incredibly frustrating.  To prevent file loss and corruption the easiest option is to upload the site as a whole into a .zip file.

Once you’ve done that you’ll be able to extract this archive via the Windows Control Panel.

Create archives of entire sites:

No one likes waiting around, so when you decide to back up your site as a whole, you want it done fast right?  Right.  We recommend creating zipped archives of your files and folders before doing anything else.  You can do this via the Windows Control Panel.

Set the amount of space your emails use:

Thanks to improvements made to Smarter Mail and the Windows Control Panel, you can now limit an email accounts domain e.g. limit@webafrica.co.za to a size of your choice, big or small.

Fight against spam:

Spam.  The bane of the modern internet user’s existence.

To fight against spam, we’ve incorporated some of our firewall settings into the Windows Control Panel, so now you can view mail logs, black and white-listed email accounts and enable or disable grey-listing.

Your email accounts and spam settings can now be managed from one central point.  Our firewalls in the USA and South Africa will continue to undergo tweaking and improvements so you’re kept safe during the War on Spam.

These improvements will equip you and other Web Africa users with the power to better control your Windows Hosting packages.
