This just in! Web Africa have just claimed the title of  Top Rated ADSL ISP in South Africa!

MyBroadband conducted their latest broadband survey in July 2011, asking users to rate their ADSL Internet Service Provider (ISP). We are proud to have come out on tops!

Over 3,000 respondents were asked to rate the various components of their ADSL ISP under the following categories:

1. Value for money
2. Ease of use/setup
3. Billing
4. Customer service
5. Technical support
6. Overall satisfaction

We performed awesomely across all categories and finished on top with an overall average score of 8.03 (out of 10).

The below table is courtesy of  Mybroadband and provides an overview of how the ISP’s performed on the different components. Only ISPs with a significant number of respondents are listed.
