Web Africa’s Customers Are The Happiest!

My Broadband released the results of its latest survey on Wednesday, revealing the percentage of consumers looking for a new broadband or ADSL ISP. Web Africa once again topped the ADSL service provider list, with the least amount of customers looking to move to a new ISP.

Of the 3,072 respondents who participated in the survey, 1811 were ADSL users, 1032 mobile broadband users and the remainder fixed wireless users. Consumers were asked if they were “actively looking for a new broadband service” among other questions.

According to Rudolph Muller, the percentage of customers who answered that they were looking to change ISPs, is an indication of the “overall happiness with the service and whether a company can expect a high churn rate in future”.

Web Africa’s loyal customers were shown to be the happiest with an overwhelming 90 % not looking to change ISPs.
