Backup Retrieval R300 per hour Restore backups of any requested items, eg. MySQL database, website, e-mail.
SSL Certificate R400 annually per certificate Includes everything from generation to installation and setup. Note: Dedicated IP required.
SSL Full Install R300 per certificate Installing an SSL certificate, not issued by Web Africa. Includes generating CSR, installing and providing assistance throughout the process.
Note: Dedicated IP required.
SSL PFX Install/Migration R100 per certificate Importing an SSL certificate in PFX format. Note: Password of PFX must be supplied.
Note: Dedicated IP required.
Dedicated IP Address R100 Setup fee, R50 per month Non-shared IP address for website. Required for SSL.
Overage Enquiry/Dispute R200 per domain Charges are only applied if amount is inaccurate (within 5% margin).
DLL Installs R300 per dll Installing standard, pre-built dll's onto our web servers. Instructions must be provided.
Custom DLL Installs R300 per dll Installing custom-built dll's onto our development web servers. Instructions must be provided.
Note: Development Server Environment required.
Development Server Environment R150 per month, per domain Migration of web data to our shared development servers.

URL Redirect R57 annually Redirect existing URLs to alternative URLs. This is also known as URL forwarding.
