How do I become a VISP ?

• Go to the VISP page on our website.
• Fill in your name and contact details in the sign-up box and submit your request to be contacted. Alternatively phone 086 000 9555.
• A Reseller Account Manager or Reseller Services Manager (if you are an existing Reseller) will get in touch with you.
• You`ll need to sign our VISP Agreement and have your account approved.

Do I need to sign the new VISP agreement if I am a current Reseller?

Due to changes in the agreement, it is necessary for Resellers to sign the VISP agreement to be moved onto the new VISP platform.

Do I lose my Volume Discount if I choose not to become a VISP but am an existing Reseller?

No, users on the original Volume Discount Programme (VDP) will still have access to all the products sold on the VISP platform with their same discounts. They will not, however, have access to the additional tiers of the VDP.

What are the benefits of current Resellers becoming VISPs?

Resellers becoming VISPs will now be guaranteed a Reseller Services Manager, should you meet the minimum spend of R5000 per month (ex VAT), save more through the additional VDP tiers and be able to make EFT payments and still benefit from the VDP. You`ll also have an extended payment term of 15 days after receiving your statement.
