How to sign up

Step 1:	Sign up for your Realm via the "Order Now" button.
Step 2:	Once at the checkout page, please select your new realm's name and password and then follow the prompts.
Step 3:	Your request will then be submitted to our Technical departments who will set up your new realm.
Step 4:	Once the realm is activated you will be notified and are now free to use the new Realms on Allocation product.

Realms on Allocation Explained

Our Reseller ADSL Allocation model is an excellent way to become an independent Internet Service Provider in South Africa without having to worry about spending any capital on infrastructure, hardware or skilled employees, or the headache of maintenance.

A Realm is a customised ADSL name, e.g. username@yourispname.com
Users can specify the amount of bandwidth they wish to allocate to a Realm on a per-Realm basis.
Allocation specifies a monthly amount, e.g. 10GBs are allocated on a monthly basis regardless of usage.
Prepaid purchases are charged at a reseller prepaid rate of R49 per GB.
Unused Prepaid bandwidth is carried over to the next month
Unused allocated bandwidth expires at the end of the month
When enabled, Auto Prepaid Top-ups are allocated every month, in addition to the set amount of bandwidth specified

Q. Who is this product right for?

A: The Realms on Allocation product is right for the large Reseller with 100 or more ADSL accounts looking to reduce costs, whilst still providingend-users with the functionality that they expect from their internet service provider.

Q. How does it work

A: Sign up for one of our ADSL realms and indicate that you wish the realm to be set to per-GB instead of per-account.
Realm signups take between 24 and 48 hours to complete. Once completed, you can begin adding accounts using our

advanced management interface of Web Africa API. All accounts are created instantly, allowing for high speed signups!

Q. What if I already resell ADSL?

A: If you are an ADSL Reseller with your own realm you can request that we upgrade your service to the Realms on Allocation model,
The process is seamless and takes no longer than an hour, your customers won't notice the difference.

Q. How do I use the Web Africa API?

Q. What type of bandwidth can I offer my Realm?

A: The Realms on Allocation product allows for Shapped bandwidth. If this doesn't suit you, Local only and Unshaped are available on Per GB Realms.

Q. Will any allocations above 100GB be chargedat R25 per GB of allocated bandwidth?

A: Once you've purchased your initial 100GB you can add any amount of allocated bandwidth to your realm at the standard cost of R25 per GB.

Q. Why can't I downgrade in the middle of the month?

A: The product model relies on customer's allocated bandwidth not being utilised, wich is why we're able to offer this service at such a great price.
