What the FUP is a FUP?
We currently offer two uncapped categories for our 10 Mbps Openserve package - Uncapped and Uncapped Premium. The standard 10 Mbps Uncapped package carries a FUP threshold of 150GB. The 10 Mbps Uncapped Premium package carries no FUP. All other Openserve packages (20 Mbps and above) have no FUP applied.
Please Note: We only apply FUP on our 10 Mbps Uncapped Fibre package on the Openserve infrastructure. No other Fibre providers have a FUP threshold.
Good to Know: If you are on the 10 Mbps Uncapped package which carries a FUP, your usage between midnight and 06:00 am every day does not affect your rolling FUP threshold. So, if you are planning downloads, make sure you schedule them for these times so they won’t impact your FUP status.
We offer 3 types of uncapped categories - Uncapped, Uncapped Premium and Uncapped Pro. The first two categories have a FUP threshold (see below), while our Uncapped Pro packages have no threshold.
