    OK – so I live in Durbanville BUT I cannot get ABOVE a 2mg line AND Telkom say that there is no project yet to update my exchange.

      Ag Shame, Durbanville….. I’m in Bellville – Oakdale and have a 4Mbps ADSL and get on any given day or time (OOKLA test) 3.45Mbps Download 0.54Mbps Upload and a 78ms Ping and this is TELKOM nogal.
