Pro Tip: Check your Spelling and Grammar. It’s worth taking your time to do this properly! You can use the Hemingway Editor (also free) to check your language.

Pro Tip: Get a decent “headshot” taken. Even if you get your mum to take it. Choose a plain background, wear a professional looking shirt, and make sure there is plenty of light. Smile, but not like a mad person. Then crop the photo so that your head and upper shoulders are visible. People with a professional profile photo on their CV are more likely to get an interview.
