All our underlying infrastructure providers have indicated that they will continue to provide Fibre installations, as per their agreed service times.
Their teams will come equipped with masks, surgical gloves, sanitiser and disinfectant.

Fixed LTE SIM and Router Deliveries
All fixed LTE SIM and Router deliveries will continue and be delivered to your door within 5-14 business days. Please note that deliveries might be delayed during the Lockdown period.
Here’s what will happen:
Our driver will arrive and ring the bell/ knock on the door/ start singing “Hello” by Adele from the other side of the wall.
The router will then be placed gently down on the ground.
The driver will then step back 1.5m (don’t worry, it’s not because of bad breath).
You can then collect your brand new, flippen fast Fibre router.
Our driver will then bid you farewell, wave and go off in his tjor to spread the fibre magic.
Our support teams may now be working from the safety of their own homes but our hours remain the same.
