What are Top-Ups?
  • The Top-Up feature allows you to add additional bandwidth to your monthly allocation.
  • Top-Up Gigs won’t expire at the end of the month – they’ll keep rolling over until you’ve used them up.
How do I top up?
  • Login to your Customer Zone, click ‘My Services’, then go to ‘Internet Access’.
  • Find your internet data package, click on the downward arrow next to ‘Account Details’.
  • Click ‘My Usage (DSL Console)’.
  • Click on Top-Up in the left-hand menu.
  • Choose the required amount of Bandwidth you will like to add.
What are Auto Top-Ups?

With Auto Top-Ups you can automatically top-up your account when you run out of bandwidth, saving you the hassle of having to manually top-up. We will notify you via SMS when we automatically top you up.

 

 

How do I enable Auto Top-Ups?
  • Login to your Customer Zone, click ‘My Services’, then go to ‘Internet Access’.
  • Find your internet data package, click on the downward arrow next to ‘Account Details’.
  • Click ‘My Usage (DSL Console)’.
  • Select Top-Up on the left panel
  • Select the Enable Automatic Top-Ups feature
  • Specify the amount of additional Top-Up bandwidth you will require
  • Select your maximum monthly Top-Up limit
  • Select Update
