Upgrading your packages

You can easily upgrade your packages in your Customer Zone.


1.  Log into your Customer Zone

2.  Click on the Service Category for the package you would like to upgrade in the left menu

3.  Click on View Details next to the service you would like to upgrade

4.  Go to Manage My Service

5.  Click on Upgrade/Downgrade

6.  Choose the Upgrade category from the list displayed. These will be related to your current package

7.  Find your new product in the list of services

8.  Change the billing frequency and upgrade date (if required)

9.  Click on Choose product
