When ordering a dedicated SSL, it can only be for one domain and does not include sub-domains but it does how ever include domain aliases. The common name, when generating the CSR specifies exactly what domain will be authorized for the SSL. It is therefore vital that this is not spelled incorrectly.
You can have a SSL setup for https://www.domain.com or https://domain.com depending on how you specify the common name but unfortunately you cannot have one SSL to cover both.
You can order an SSL for a sub-domain by inputting the sub-domain followed by the domain as a common name as below:
Common Name: subdomain.webafrica.co.za
