Simply select the package which best suits your Internet usage needs. To complete your order you will be required to RICA your LTE account, but not to worry we’ve made this process easy and then all you need to do then, is pay for your LTE router.
We aim to courier your router and SIM to you within 3 - 5 business days after your RICA has been approved. When you get it, just open the box, insert your SIM, turn it on and away you go. Lastly, enjoy your Internet flight!

All our LTE at Home packages come with LTE speeds, which we cannot guarantee but are generally at least 20 Mbps (5x faster than bog standard ADSL!) and up to 50 Mbps depending upon all kinds of complicated things.
Top-Ups are available (at a once-off cost) and applied to your account immediately. Top-Ups expire 30 days from purchase.

We don't do contracts – that is how we roll! A calendar month’s notice is required for cancellations.
Yes, we pro-rata our LTE services. That means, if you sign up halfway through the month you will pay half the price and receive half the data for the rest of the month.
Yes, both LTE and Fibre connections will work, ADSL and VDSL are not supported.
You have two options. (1) Provided the router is in a good condition you can return it to us for a full refund. (2) You can upgrade to our more powerful ‘Outdoor’ solution at an additional cost of R1750.
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrade requests on or before the 20th of the month will be actioned from the first of the following month. Downgrade requests after the 20th will be actioned a calendar month later.
By logging into your Customer Zone, you can view your usage, as well upgrade, purchase additional top-up data and downgrade.
Absolutely. You can top-up through your Customer Zone. If you find yourself topping up before the month ends, we suggest upgrading to a bigger package. It’s the cost-effective option.
