Do I Have to Be a Webafrica Customer to Earn Commission?

No, the sales programme is for everyone! We do highly recommend you try our internet for yourself so you know how awesome it is.

How Do I Sell a Package?

It’s so simple. We give you all the tools you need, without you spending a cent.

If you are an existing Webafrica customer, log into your Customer Zone and go to Earn Cash at the top of the menu on the right hand of the screen. On the “Earn Cash” page, you will find your unique link which you can start sharing.

If you aren’t a customer yet, you can head over to our registration page, click “Next” and follow the prompts from there. Please note: During registration, please ignore the note under Payment Method. You will not be asked to enter your payment details or pay for anything and we will not bill you. The programme is completely free. Your billing address will simply be used for your account records. Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties and will be kept private. 

Once you have your link, you can:

  • Post it on your Facebook page
  • Promote it on your Twitter account
  • Email it to your friends or family
  • Post it on your website/blog
  • Or give it out in any other way you like!

What Can I Do with My Commission?

If you have an available commission balance of at least R500, you can request a withdrawal. You can find the withdrawal button at the bottom of the “Your Referrals” tab on the “Earn Cash” page in your Customer Zone. That’s hard cold cash in your pocket!

How Do I Monitor My Sales and Withdraw My Commission?

Log into your Customer Zone and click on “Earn Cash” on the menu on the left. Here you’ll be able to keep track of your referrals and their related commission, as well as request withdrawal of commission.

I’m Already a Sales Programme Member: What Has Changed?

Before, you would receive 5% of the signup price for one of our Fibre (excl. Vuma Reach), LTE or ADSL services. For example, if someone used your unique affiliate link to sign up for a service that costs R100 per month, you would earn R5 per month from when the service goes active until it is cancelled. For every Vuma Reach referral that went active, you would receive a once-off amount of R100.

We have now relaunched a new and improved sales programme which will allow you to earn up to R500 once-off. Please see below for more information.

Please Note: All services signed up on the old recurring 5% model will continue to earn 5% on the service until the service is no longer active. Vuma Reach orders that have been signed up before 16 September, would still be on the old model and receive a once-off amount of R100 per active order only.

What Happens If One of My Referrals Cancel Their Services with Webafrica?

You will no longer earn a commission on cancelled services.
