STEP 1: CONFIRM YOU ARE COVERED
Enter your address into our coverage map on our website (via the unique link sent to you from the Sales Programme affiliate) to see if you are covered by Fibre.
Note: Our map will tell you if your area is already Fibre active or if it will be active soon (pre-order stage). If your area is in pre-order, we suggest you place an order now, at no cost to you. This will help you to avoid going into a queuing system when your area goes live.
STEP 2: COMPLETE YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT
Follow all the steps that we send to you after sign-up to complete your order and make your first payment.
You’ll be required to make a payment if your area is active. If it is in the pre-order stage, you will only be required to make a payment when your area goes live.
STEP 3: WAIT FOR YOUR INSTALLATION
Vuma Reach will contact you to arrange a time to complete your installation.
How this works: The technicians will connect the Fibre from the road to your house (fear not, no cables are visible). On the installation day, someone must be home to give the technicians access to the house to complete the installation, which can take up to 2-3 hours. Note: This timeframe depends on the complexity of getting the Fibre into your house.
STEP 4: YOU GO ACTIVE
Yay, the wait is finally over!
Once the installation is complete, we will have you up and running within a few hours.
