Once you have logged into your Customer Zone, you can:
- Update your profile
- View and download your commission statement (CSV, Excel or PDF)
- Update your banking details
- Order new products and services
- View email correspondence with us
- Log support tickets
Should you need assistance, tickets can easily be logged by following these steps:
- Log in
- Select the ‘Support’ tab
- Click ‘Email Support’
- Select the relevant department for your query
- Fill in your query form with subject and full details
- Attach any relevant documents
….and submit!
Lastly, here’s a reminder on where to find your unique sales referral link:
- Log in
- Click on ‘Earn Cash’.
- Scroll down and click on ‘Start Sharing’.
- Copy your referral code.
Once you’ve got your link, start sharing anywhere!
