Capped data gives you a set amount of GBs (gigs) per month, determined by the package you choose. Should you use all your gigs within the month, it’s no problem: you can easily top up with more, but they come at an extra cost.

Uncapped means that you have as much access to the internet as you want – subject to our transparent and fair AUP – Acceptable Use Policy. The convenience of uncapped is that you don't have to worry about running out of gigs or having to top up at an additional cost.

20 GB: Perfect for a single internet user to send and receive emails, read news and browse social media.

100 GB: One of our most popular capped packages – perfect for several users to send and receive emails, browse through news articles and social media, and view or upload photos for family and friends.

200 GB+: Ideal for significant internet usage, including media streaming, gaming, VoIP calls and frequent downloads.

1000 GB: If you have many people using the internet for everything including lots of downloads and live streaming, 1000 GB or more will ensure there are no top ups required.

What ADSL Line Speed do I need?

2 Mbps: Best for all-round internet use for you and your family. It's a faster connection at an affordable price and ideal for up to 2 – 3 simultaneous users.

4 Mbps: Delivering fast internet at a great price for up to 4 – 5 simultaneous users, 4 Mbps is ideal for online videos, gaming, social media and online calls as well as quick downloads. No wonder it's our most popular speed!

8 Mbps: Speedy internet that is perfect for up to 8 – 10 simultaneous users. 8 Mbps is ideal for streaming videos online, for stellar gaming, as well as conference calls and bigger downloads.

What is Download Plus?

Download Plus is additional bandwidth on all our Capped Internet products that can be used between midnight and 6am.

All our capped customers automatically get at least 1000 free Download Plus gigs.

Download Plus usage will be deducted between 12am – 6am every day of the week. Data usage between these hours will only come off your anytime gigs if you run out of Download Plus.

You can upgrade or downgrade your ADSL broadband account at any time simply by logging onto our easy-to-use Customer Zone and choosing your new package. Upgrades are instant; downgrades are activated at month end if initiated before the 20th of that month.

Webafrica doesn't do contracts, so if you want to cancel our service, just give us a calendar month's notice – it's as simple as that! And although we can't speak for the other guys, we have no hidden setup or cancellation fees or any sundry costs.
